Find the Service Agreement which meets your needs Choose from a range of options, which includes a total service package with the highest level of response, coverage, and cost predictability or at the lowest level, provides you with an annual evaluation of the integrity of your equipment. DESCO's Service Agreements available for your equipment:
Full Service Contract – Includes the cost of all parts, labor and travel for the scheduled equipment. Includes one to four annual preventive maintenance inspections and electrical safety inspections. Only expendable/consumable items are excluded from coverage.
Full Labor Contract – Includes preventive maintenance inspections, as well as all labor and travel necessary for unlimited repairs. Parts are not included and are invoiced separately.
Preventive Maintenance Contract – Includes labor and travel for one to four PM inspections per year. PM parts can be included or excluded – your preference. Repair service and repair parts are not included.
Electrical Safety/Operational Check Contract – Annual or semi-annual ES testing ensures your equipment is properly grounded and drawing no more than the specified current. Operational checks validate that mechanical equipment is working properly.
